About me

I help people who are looking to find balance in their lives, to do things more effectively in their careers and relationships. To be the best that they can and to love the life that they are living.

I use an array of communication skills, and I am prepared to travel, to provide coaching services that give you the tools for success.

The best coaches are the ones who help and guide you to find answers, but not provide you with those answers. In the end, you will value and appreciate your change because you have personally put in the effort and investment.

I've worked with  Senior leadership teachers, New start-up businesses, Clients returning to work, together with those who have aspirations for their relationship, health and well being and career.


What to expect

I have excellent listening skills, which will help me to understand where you are, where you want to be and how best we can overcome any obstacles along the way. Whether you know what is holding you back, or want to explore all options, it takes courage and willingness to ask for help. It's a huge step and to benefit fully from a life coach, you need to want to change.

You are in charge of your own life but working with a life coach can help you to take the lead, understand your feelings, recognise issues, reach your goals and take the necessary steps to change your life.

It's all about you

I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore what really matters to you and establish your life goals. We will discuss any beliefs that you have, which might be holding you back and consider alternative perspectives. We will recognise your strengths, and weaknesses, and define your core values to help you work towards your goals.

All I ask is that you allow yourself to be heard, understood and supported in a non-judgmental way. Even a small change can be enough to set you on a different path. I like to work collaboratively to define a purpose, which can be very therapeutic. The task is recurrent and is part of a positive commitment, which will take you forward in the direction that you wish to go.

I can provide proven exercises to help you continue your progression between our sessions.

How can I help?

There are lots of life coaches in the area and it’s important that you chose one that suits you.

I offer new clients an introductory taster session over the phone, which provides an opportunity to discuss your aims and life goals, what you'd like to achieve from our sessions and the support I can offer. The taster session is free and there is no obligation to commit to further sessions.

If you decide to progress beyond the taster session, I offer a flexible approach which means we can agree the total number of sessions needed or we can take things one session at a time. 

Once we have agreed on an approach to the sessions, I will ask you to sign a contract, which will outline the terms and ensure our conversations remain confidential.

Training and qualifications

Fees and cancellations

My charges are £50 per 50-60 min session. There will be handouts and CBT worksheets for those that wish to carry on between sessions, I also like to follow up with an email to remind you of our discussions.




I was expecting to be given all the answers to my problems, but Denise made me think about myself first and any obstacles that I hadn’t been aware were holding me back.

She helped me to focus on what mattered. Denise and I talked through everything, she is such a good listener, I felt so comfortable. She would ask thought provoking questions that enabled me to answer my own misgivings. I realised that I always had the answers, I just needed to ask myself the right questions.

My outlook became more positive and I came away with a completely different viewpoint on my life and the progress that I needed to take to reach my goal…one step at a time.
